NEED PRICE ON JD755

I'm looking at a Jd 755, 2200 hours, loader, 4wd, hydro trans, turf tires.Average shape, paint missing on the metal between foot rests. I don't know what year it is (is there any way to tell?). The guy say's a college had it. Seems to run good and all hydraulics work well. It's probably been outside a lot as the seat is cracked and paint is a bit faded,but not bad. Tires are average, not great rubber left.Anybody know what would be a fair price for this?

i baught a 750 w loader ad backhoe 4wd power stering in good shape needed paint but ran great, has 900 hrs love it its the perfect size. i paid 11500 ....
